By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.

Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Why can't I submit anything? Ahh! When I got to step 3 of the submission page (where you need to select your file), I select my image, which is in jpg and continue and it says I need a preview image. So I make a preview image (100 by 100) save it as jpg and try again and it still says I need a preview image that's a jpg etc. I checked in the help thing which says that I need to be sure the file is actually a jpeg so I resaved both, tried again and it still doesn't work!? Can someone give me a hand if they know how.
